Scott Yancey

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Scott is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MedsDirectRx, where he leads the company’s strategy, business development, and industry partnerships. With more than a decade of experience helping employers address the rising cost of specialty medications, Scott works closely with self-funded employers, brokers, consultants, and TPAs to develop targeted, cost-saving solutions. He founded MedsDirectRx on the belief that organizations should not have to redesign their entire health plan to solve specialty pharmacy challenges, but instead implement practical strategies that preserve the benefits programs already serving employees well.

Originally from Carmel, Indiana, Scott earned his degree in Marketing and Advertising from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing platform tennis, attending racing events, traveling, and building meaningful relationships through new experiences and conversations.

Kennedy Cates

Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Kennedy leads client relations and oversees the implementation and ongoing management of the MedsDirect program. She works closely with employer groups and partners to coordinate enrollment, communications, and operations, helping deliver a seamless experience for the organizations and members MedsDirectRx serves. A native of Indianapolis, Kennedy earned her degree in Business Management from Indiana University. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking, and adventuring with her dogs.

Kurt Skaggs

Chief Financial Officer

Kurt is the Chief Financial Officer at MedsDirectRx, where he oversees the company’s financial strategy, fiscal planning, and overall financial performance. His work centers on driving cost efficiencies to advance MedsDirectRx’s mission of helping clients reduce spending on high-cost specialty medications. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Kurt earned his degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Claire Yancey

Director of Client Services

As Director of Client Services, Claire leads mail-order operations, vendor coordination, and portal enhancements, helping ensure accurate processing, timely delivery, and a smooth experience for partners. With roots in Carmel, Indiana, she graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Social Work and brings a detail-oriented, service-focused approach to her role. Outside of work, Claire is always up for learning something new, from diving into a podcast to trying out a new recipe or heading out on a spring or fall camping trip with friends.

Max Aaron

Sales Consultant

Max is a Sales Consultant, focusing on building strong relationships with clients and providing tailored solutions that help meet their unique needs. Through customer engagement and a consultative approach, Max helps clients understand the value of MedsDirectRx and its impact. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Max earned his degree in Sports Marketing with a minor in Business from Indiana University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, playing tennis, and spending time playing pool.

Kate Yancey

Director of Human Resources

As the Director of Human Resources, Kate supports recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives to help create a positive employee experience. Originally from Carmel, Indiana, she earned her degree in Healthcare Management and Policy from Indiana University. In her role, Kate is passionate about connecting with people, supporting organizational growth, and fostering an engaging workplace culture. Now based in Austin, Texas, she enjoys exploring local restaurants, reading, and taking walks in her free time.

Corinne Evans Skaggs, PharmD

Pharmacist

Corinne is a Pharmacist at MedsDirectRx, where she works with healthcare providers to coordinate prescription requests and provide medication consultations when needed. Her clinical expertise helps support patients by ensuring they receive guidance and access to the medications they need through the MedsDirect Program. Originally from Athens, Alabama, Corinne earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three children, gardening, listening to opera music, and studying history.

Brandon Morton

Vice President of Sales

Brandon is the Vice President of Sales, where he leads the company’s sales strategy and works closely with employers, benefits consultants, and strategic partners to help organizations reduce specialty pharmacy costs. Through his focus on building relationships and delivering innovative solutions, Brandon helps clients better navigate the challenges of rising medication expenses. Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Brandon earned his degree in History and Secondary Education from Morehead State University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, golfing, and cooking.
